Amazing Honey Ribs recipe

Honey coated pork ribs with salty fries and refreshing vegetables. What else you need for dinner? Maybe a glass of fresh orange juice. Follow, the recipe and cook an amazing dinner!


  • 1.5g ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 onion

For the glaze:

  • 30g honey
  • 55g tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch dried basil
  • Chili powder (to taste)


Rub the meat with Worcester sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and oil. Place the meat in a pot, cover with a lid and set aside to marinate throughout the night.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Transfer the ribs to a baking dish, make sure that the bones „are looking“ to the sky. Pour the marinade on top. Add finely chopped onion. Cover with foil. Put the baking dish to the preheated oven and cook for about 60 minutes.

When the meat softens (you can check it with a knife), uncover the foil.

The glaze: combine spices with honey and tomato sauce. Stir in squeezed garlic.

Flip the ribs and coat with the glaze. Cook for another 20-30 minutes.

When the meat is cooked, let it stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Serve with fried potatoes and fresh vegetables.
