Amazing Steamed Fish with Veggies recipe


Fish with garden vegetables. Steamed in the oven. Sounds healthy? It definitely is! Try this easy cooking recipe for yourself.

Ingredients

  • 2 middle-size (up to 1kg) fishes
  • 1 average-size zucchini
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 stock cube
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Few tablespoons of chopped parsley


Preparation

Scald the tomatoes and peel them. Cut the tomatoes in slices.

Peel the zucchini and cut it in thin slices.

Dissolve the stock cube in the cup of hot water.

Smear cooking tin with butter. Place half of the vegetables in the cooking tin. On top, put cleaned fishes. Salt the dish, sprinkle with black pepper, place other half of vegetables on top. Pour the dissolved stock cube.

Stew the dish for approximately 30min in oven (180C). Cover it with parsley and other spices you like.
