Carrot Soup - A Friend of Healthy Lifestyle recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 carrots
  • 0,5l of water
  • 0,5l of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of semolina
  • Few pinches of parsley
  • Salt

 
Preparation

Peel and chop carrots into little pieces. Place carrot pieces into the pot. Coverccarrots with water. Salt water and boil it for as long as carrots become soft. Remove
from the heat and blend with the stick blender until smooth.

Gradually pour semolina into the soup while constantly stirring it with the tablespoon. Boil it for 5 minutes, then pour in the milk.

When the soup is ready you can season it with finely chopped parsley.
