Creamy Vegetable and Prawn Soup recipe

This creamy soup is best for winter time or just whenever you feel very hungry. In addition to its incredible taste, this prawn soup is also very filling. So, just look at the recipe and start cooking!


  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 125ml wine, dry and white
  • 250g frozen peas
  • 1l vegetable broth
  • 250g prawns, shelled
  • 100g Brie cheese, cut in small pieces
  • 150ml whipping cream
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper


Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. In a skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until golden and tender.

Wash and drain carrot and celery stalk. Cut in cubes. Add carrot and celery cubes to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender. Pour white wine. When the third of the wine evaporates, add vegetable broth, thawed and drained peas. Cook for another 7 minutes.
Transfer the soup to a deep bowl. Blend with and electric mixer. Then bring to a boil again, add whipping cream, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Add cheese.

Serve with prawns, parsley and diced eggs.
