Energy Smoothie with Avocado recipe

This smoothie is a vitamin bomb for everyone who wants to start their morning with energy.


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon sage seeds
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 handful cranberries
  • Parsley
  • 50ml water


Peel avocado and banana, cut into several pieces and place in an electric blender. Put cranberries, some parsley into the blender. Blend everything.

Pour sage seeds and spirulina powder. Blend a bit.

Let the smoothie to stay still for few minutes before serving.
