Healthy Bananas in Coconut Milk recipe

We present you an amazing dessert recipe Bananas in Coconut Milk.


  • 4 bananas
  • 350ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 0.5 tablespoons orange water
  • Pinch mint
  • 1 handful almonds


Peel and cut bananas into slices. Transfer them to a saucepan. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Drizzle with orange water, add chopped mint and pour into bowls.

Fry almonds in a skillet. Remove. Mash almonds to crumbs. Sprinkle bananas with almond crumbs and serve.
