Morning Avocado and Hummus Toast recipe

This avocado and hummus toast is very healthy, vegan and superdelicious. The recipe is very simple and quick. Blink once, and the toast is ready!


  • 2 slices bread, toasted
  • 0.5 avocados
  • 3-4 tablespoons hummus
  • 0.5 cucumbers
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Toast slices of bread. If you want, spread the toasts with butter.

Cut avocado into thin slices. Top the toasts with avocado slices, sprinkle with salt.

Spread the toasts with hummus. Add cucumber slices on top. Sprinkle with black pepper.
