Splendid Chicken Salad with Nuts and Raisins recipe

Amazing chicken salad with more than amazing sauce. You can do it by yourself! This breakfast salad recipe is what you need right now. 😉


  • 300g fried chicken
  • 80g pecan nuts
  • 1 fresh zucchini
  • 80g raisins
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 handful spring onion
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 handful corn salad
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, light
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt, natural
  • 0.5 lemon, juice
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 0.3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper


Cut the chicken in cubes. Scald the raisins and then pour cold water over them. Let them drain. Cut the celery in thin slices. Peel the zucchini, cut in half, remove the seeds. Cut the zucchini in little pieces. Fry the pecan nuts in a skillet with no oil or butter. Chop them in large pieces. Wash and drain the lettuce and corn salad. Finely chop the spring onion.

Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, salt and black pepper.

Place all the salad ingredients to a big bowl, coat with the sauce and stir everything well.
