Vegan Snack with Apples recipe

These snacks will remind you apple pie but they don't have neither gluten, nor dairy ingredients. Completely healthy snack for your healthy lifestyle. Try the recipe :)


  • 1 cup dried apples
  • 0.5 cups dried dates without seeds
  • 0.5 cups oats
  • 0.5 cups almonds (roasted, not salted)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or agave syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper


Blend apples, dates, oats and almonds with a blender. Add cinnamon, pepper, pour syrup and water.

Blend until you get smooth mass. Form little balls from the mass. Arrange them in a large plate and place in a refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
