Very Healthy Avocado and Banana Smoothie recipe


It is very healthy and nutritious drink. Banana adds some sweet flavor to it, whereas avocado ads its distinct taste to the smoothie. Overall, the smoothie is incredibly tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime
  • 100 ml oat drink (milk alternative)

Preparation  

Peel avocado and banana, cut them into little pieces. Place avocado and banana pieces in a blender. Squeeze the juice out of lime into the blender. Pour oat drink. Blend everything.
